The product is actually a premium quality one. The overall packaging and also the other units received with the steamer are best. Also it is very convenient to use. I never used a clothing steamer before this but handling kikvi steamer was not that hard and also the booklet they provided helped a lot. And now it's very easy for me and time saving.

Excellent product and good performance

I am in love with this cute iron box. Value for money. And the interactive screen with the iron mode options are just lovely and so colorful. Its heavy which is perfect to iron thick cotton clothes and jeans as well. It's a tad heavy to carry it for your international travel just in case you don't find an iron box in your hotel room. But all in all a wonderful tool for quick and easy ironing option.
